Today Joseph Robertson manufactures from a 35,000 sq.ft. factory in Sinclair Road Aberdeen - the company has always been located within the city boundaries of Aberdeen and is now the largest value added seafood company in the city and probably the largest independent in Scotland

In December 2005 the company suffered a devastating fire at its Sinclair Road site which completely destroyed its factory, but with resolve, and not a little ingenuity, the company managed to maintain a manufacturing presence in Aberdeen as a new £8.4m factory was rebuilt in under 14 months and fully operational by the time it was officially opened by HRH the Duke of York in May 2007.

Our company can boast one of the most modern seafood manufacturing plants anywhere in the UK with almost immediate access to some of the best raw materials in the world.
